How Soothe Works

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. Your nervous system has its own history, its own patterns, and its own pathway back to regulation.

At Soothe, we work across three interconnected pillars, each one addressing a different layer of how the brain and body hold stress, trauma, and chronic symptoms. Many clients work within more than one over time. But most people start with one.

Somatic Trauma Therapy

This might be for you if…

What this work looks like:

Somatic Trauma Therapy works directly with the body to release survival patterns stored in the fascia, muscles, and nervous system. Using TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) and Block Therapy, Jen creates a gentle, structured container where your body can finally complete the stress responses it’s been holding, sometimes for years.

This isn’t about reliving the past. It’s about giving your body permission to let go of it.

Sessions include nervous system education, gentle movement, and targeted somatic release practices, all paced to your capacity and comfort.

Neuromeditation & Brain Training

This might be for you if…

  • Your mind races constantly and you can’t seem to quiet it, even when you want to

Neuromeditation is not generic meditation. It uses brainwave science to identify your specific stress patterns and guide you into states your nervous system may have never been able to access on its own.

With optional neurofeedback (a tool that tracks your brainwaves in real time through an app) you can literally see your brain shifting as it happens. For people who have tried everything, this kind of tangible feedback can be quietly life-changing.

 

Sessions include education, guided practice, breathwork, and visualization, all tailored to your brain’s unique needs.

Metabolic Mental Health Coaching

Jen uses functional lab testing (including GI-MAP, HTMA, OAT, and mycotoxin panels) alongside therapeutic nutrition and targeted supplementation to create a personalized roadmap for your physiology.
